Refund policy
GlanzyGlass is committed to delivering products of the highest quality. In the event that a customer receives a product that is damaged or defective, the following Return & Replacement Policy shall apply.
Replacement Eligibility

GlanzyGlass offers a 7 (seven) day replacement policy commencing from the date of delivery of the product.

Replacement requests shall be accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Conditions for Replacement

The customer must notify GlanzyGlass of the damage or defect within 7 days of receipt of the product.

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, along with all accessories and materials supplied.

The customer may be required to provide clear photographic evidence or an unboxing video to support the claim.

All replacement requests are subject to inspection and verification by the GlanzyGlass quality assurance team.
Exclusions

Requests raised after the 7-day period shall not be entertained.

No replacement or return shall be permitted for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection, or normal wear and tear.

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible unless found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
Process

To initiate a replacement request, customers must contact support@glanzyglass.com with their order details and supporting evidence.

Upon approval, GlanzyGlass shall arrange for the replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
Final Decision

The decision of GlanzyGlass regarding eligibility for replacement shall be final and binding.
