This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to the shipment and delivery of products purchased from GlanzyGlass.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after successful confirmation of payment.

  • Order processing timelines may vary depending on product type, availability, and order volume.

  • Orders are processed on business days only, excluding public holidays and Sundays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines provided at the time of order placement are estimated timelines only.

  • Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond GlanzyGlass’s control, including but not limited to courier delays, logistics constraints, natural events, or force majeure circumstances.

  • GlanzyGlass shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

3. Shipping Coverage

  • GlanzyGlass currently ships to serviceable locations within India.

  • Delivery is subject to courier service availability in the customer’s pin code.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

  • Any additional charges levied by courier partners for special handling or remote area delivery shall be borne by the customer, if applicable.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Products shall be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

  • GlanzyGlass shall not be responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • Delivery attempts shall be made as per the courier partner’s standard delivery process.

6. Damaged Packages at Delivery

  • Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

  • If the outer packaging appears damaged, the customer should record evidence (photographs/video) and report the same to support@glanzyglass.com within 7 days of delivery.

7. Non-Delivery or Delays

  • In case of non-delivery or significant delay, customers may contact support@glanzyglass.com with order details for assistance.

  • Resolution shall be provided within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

8. Risk & Title

  • Risk of loss or damage to the product shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the provided address.

9. Compliance with Law

  • This Shipping Policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable e-commerce rules in India.

  • This policy does not limit or affect any statutory consumer rights.

10. Amendments

  • GlanzyGlass reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Changes shall be effective immediately upon being updated on the website.
